KETTLE KARVER OF THE YEAR ELECTION

Members voted and Ron Feld was chosen as the 2018 Kettle Karver of the Year. His name will be added to the plaque that will
be awarded to him at the January banquet. Congratulations, Ron.

NEW OFFICERS AND BOARD MEMBER

Membership approved Henry Meller to the position of club President, Larry Lienau to the position of Vice President, and Jeff
See as our new board member. All three will assume their new positions at the January meeting.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If the Plymouth School District closes because of inclement weather, Generations will also close and our meeting for that date
will be canceled or postponed. If the President, in consultation with the Executive Board, makes a determination that it is
unwise to hold a meeting due to inclement conditions, the membership will be notified by email or phone.

MEETING MINUTES by Judy Larson

The December 5th meeting started with a call to dinner. Henry, in Jim's absence, said the prayer and members enjoyed a meal
of ham sandwiches and a variety of foods brought by members to share. Henry thanked Rosemary Mohnsam and Linda
Graves for organizing the event and preparing the sandwiches. After a delicious meal topped off with many desserts, the
meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by Vice President Henry Meller (in President Jim Rooker's absence). Greg Voskuil was
visiting.

Sunshine Report. Dianna Witt had nothing to report.

Treasurer’s Report. Joann Luke reported expenses of $562.24 and income of $237.00. Expenses included the payment for
the rental of the Lakers Ice Center for our April show. The January banquet signup sheet was again available to get the count
for making reservations at Wagon Wheel in Howards Grove. Members and their guest each pay $10, and the club picks up the
remainder of the cost. Each attending member is given a ticket to be eligible to win one of six $25 gift cards.

New Officers and Board Member. A voice vote was taken to approve Henry Meller for President, Larry Lienau for Vice
President, and Jeff See as Board Member. Their positions begin in January, 2019.

Gift Exchange. Members who brought a gift received a gift. Less than ten members participated.

December Raffle. Tickets were sold with the intent to divide proceeds with three members. The winners were Don Lorier,
Gene Mathes, and Peg Mueller.

Show & Tell. Nine members participated in Show & Tell. Check out the photos from Katie Anderson on Facebook.

The meeting was adjourned.
